In April 2017, Yasaiya-Mei, Nogoya, was the first Tokai region store, which opened at the same time as the grand opening of JR Gate Tower in Nogoya. We offer dishes that use plenty of our proud vegetables. In addition to contracted formers all over the county, we also value the local producers in Aichi prefecture.
At lunchtime, you can enjoy a full of vegetable menu with side dishes and freshly fried vegetable tempura.
At dinnertime, we offer our original all-you-can-eat “Vegetable Shabu-Shabu,” in which you can enjoy vegetables from our contracted formers all over the county. You can choose two of our six flavors of dashi stock and enjoy it with carefully selected meat.
