The first store opened in 2006 with the opening of Omotesando Hills. 
This is a shop where you can enjoy delicious vegetables delivered from contracted farmers all over the country. 
Nobuaki Fushiki, affectionately known as the ``Prince of Fermentation,'' who is also a brewer and a proponent of Japan's fermentation culture,
is invited to supervise the cooking, and the theme is ``vegetables and fermentation,'' combining vegetables directly delivered from farmers. 
We will revamp the concept to allow you to experience ingenuity that you cannot experience at other stores.
Depending on the situation, you can choose from a fun counter seat with lots of vegetables, 
a table seat where you can have a long conversation, or a private room where you can relax.
